Cancellation Policy

If you sign up and then need to cancel, refunds will be issued based on when you cancel:

- Up to 2 weeks before the first session: Full refund.

- Between 2 weeks prior to the first session, and the first day of class: 50% refund - After the first day of class

- No refund unless cancellation was due to illness or incompatibility with the class setting. Alternate classes or options will be offered.

If the weather is too cold for dogs to comfortably attend class or the instructor is unable to attend, class will be canceled and either rescheduled or a $30 refund will be issued per canceled class.
